Welcome to MithoXa. MithoXa is a food-focused social media platform where users can share recipes, posts, images, comments, and profile information. By accessing or using MithoXa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1) Using MithoXa

• You must follow these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you create an account, you must provide accurate information.

2) User content (what you upload)

MithoXa contains user-generated content. This includes recipes, posts, images, comments, and profile information. You are fully responsible for the content you upload and publish.

• You confirm you have the rights/permission to upload any content you post.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or violates anyone’s rights.
• Do not upload private information about others without permission.

3) Content visibility

Public content may be visible to other users, visitors, and may appear in search engine results. Please share responsibly. If you don’t want something public, don’t post it publicly.

4) License to use content (platform + marketing)

You keep ownership of your content. However, by uploading/posting content on MithoXa, you grant MithoXa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

Because MithoXa is a social media platform, your uploaded content (including images) may also be used by MithoXa to promote the platform itself. This can include featuring content on the homepage, discovery pages, community highlights, or official MithoXa marketing (including MithoXa social media accounts).

We do not sell your uploaded content to third parties. We do not sell your personal data or your uploads to external companies.

5) We are not responsible for user content

MithoXa is a platform where users publish content. We do not control every upload, and we cannot guarantee that all content will be reviewed before it appears.

• MithoXa is not responsible for content uploaded by users.
• Views and opinions expressed by users are their own.
• If you see content that violates these Terms, report it.

6) Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content or restrict accounts at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, harms users, or threatens platform security. We may also limit functionality to prevent spam or abuse.

7) Prohibited actions

• No hacking, scraping, spamming, or abuse of the platform.
• No impersonation, misleading identity, or fraud.
• No uploading malware or attempting to break site security.
• No attempts to access other user accounts without permission.

8) Account suspension / termination

You may stop using MithoXa at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that create risk for the platform or community.

9) Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of MithoXa at any time. We aim to keep the platform stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10) Disclaimer

MithoXa is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, always secure, or always available.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MithoXa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation resulting from your use of the platform.
